Clarity X was so easy. All I had to do was give a saliva sample, put it in the mail with the prepaid shipping label, and wait for the results. Clarity X texted me every step of the way, and when the results were ready, they emailed them to me. Then I emailed them to my doctor, who looked at them and is taking them into consideration as he prescribes in the future. Highly recommended.

Ordered my PGx test online and received the kit in a few days. Kit instructions were easy to follow. Received shipping updates both to me and to the lab. I received updates on my specimen as it moved through the testing pipeline. It was easy to download my final report and the information was presented clearly and was easy to understand. I knew I had odd responses to some medications and the PGx report explained why. This info will definitely be helpful when discussing medications with my doctor in the future.

Excellent experience. The testing process was easy, got confirmation once the test arrived back at clarity and got the results shortly afterward. This will save so much time with my daughter's psychiatrist. Many of the medications listed as having potential negative side effects are medications we have tried in the past, some of them did nothing others seemed to make her condition worse. I wish a doctor had told us about a process like this sooner so my kid didn't have to be a gineau pig. Definitely going to share this with others in the same boat as we are, it can really only help, there is no downside.
