This was a good thing for me to do. I don't take a lot of medicine however 2 of the ones prescribed for me after a recent stroke were on my take action list and caution list. My experience was positive overall. I will say it was disappointing that it took a week for it to be shipped from where I live to your location with your pre-printed label. A faster shipping would have been much better. As I was not feeling well at all. Also, the processing time was slower than I anticipated. But people answer the phone, they were kind and everything went well. Thank you!

My experience was pretty good. I wish it covered more medications and gave more details about why certain meds may not be good. But the process of taking the swab, sending it, and getting the results was really easy. It was also really nice that I didn’t have to go through my doctor’s office to be able to get this testing. That was a barrier that had kept me from getting testing done through other companies. It would be awesome if we could get more detailed info about our current prescriptions even after sending the sample. I didn’t know why they were asking for my current prescriptions so I didn’t put them in. Once I found out I could have gotten more info about them if I had included that info, there was no way to go back and add it.

It was great...easy...and results back in a wk or so....and if you have questions ,they actually answer the phone or will call you back...WOW!!!! The results were very very informative......well worth going with them!!!!!
